Children Ages 0-12, Adolescents ages 13-17
Children and Adolescent cases are currently accepted. Parents are expected to attend the first session to provide their consent and relevant history.
In divorce cases, both parents are required to provide consent unless otherwise specified by a court order. If counselling is specified in a divorce case by a court order, the court order is to be presented prior to services commencing. At this time, this clinic does not accept high conflict divorce cases.
Couples
You can expect that our couples psychologist will take the first three therapy hours to gather information about your goals for couples therapy. Typically our couples psychologist will meet with the couple during the first session and then schedule time to meet with each partner individually in order to develop a comprehensive plan for how to reach your goals as a couple.
